through the Tiz ´n Tichka (2260 metres), one of the culminating peaks of Northern Africa, you’ll discover a notable region characterized by the magnificence and beauty of its different landscapes. Once returned to Ouarzazate, you can visit the Kasbahs of Taourirt and Tifoultoute which are old residences of Glaoui, the former Pasha of Marrakech.
Departure at 8:00am from your hotel or Riad to cross the landscapes of the high Atlas mountains. After one hour of driving you will stop in a restaurant for a break and the second stop will be in the top of the high Atlas for pictures.Arrive the Ksar (fortified village) of Ait Ben Haddou a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Several films have been formed there, such asLawrence of Arabia (1962), The Mummy (1999), Gladiator (2000).After a visit of the Ksar take the road to Ouarzazate where you will visit the Kasbah of Taourirte the ancient residence of the last Sultan of the atlas; Glaoui. After lunch in a local restaurant you will visit the film studios then come back to Marrakech crossing Tizi N’Tichka (2260m Alt).
