Day 1: Marrakesh

Arrival at the Marrakech Menara Airport. You will be welcomed by our personnel and taken to the Riyadh. After having been registered you will enjoy a panoramic tour. Return to your hotel. Afternoon off, dinner and lodging. You will start the city tour; the souk, the Djemaa el Fna square, the Saadian Tombs and the Majorel Garden and overnight in the Riyadh.

Day 2: Marrakesh – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, we will go from Marrakech towards the south crossing the great Atlas trough the Tizi-n-Tichka port which offers wonderful panoramic views over the mountains of the High Atlas. Here we could stop on the way to enjoy a refreshing tea of mint before continuing our way to arrive at Telouet for lunch. You will be able to relax and appreciate the painteresque view of the Kasbah, with its interiors covered with floor tiles, iron decorated windows and nests of storks on the eroded pink towers. Then we will take the “piste”, a road only passable for 4×4, towards Aït Benhaddou, passing through a valley where we will find a little Berber town. You will have time to make photos or videos and cross the river mounted on a mule before being taken to your hotel in Ouarzazate.

Day 3: Ouarzazate – Roses valley – Dades gorges

After a delightful breakfast we will head for the route of the Thausand Kasbahs, the town of Skoura (42 km), located in the heart of the Valley of the palms. We will go out for a stroll through the oasis whose exuberant vegetation increases the secret kasbah’s value. We will also cross the mountains which hide the nomads of the caves. From here we will go to Kelaa de M’gouna, the Valley of Roses and the track of BoutaGhrar. We will arrive at Dadés Gorges and overnight in hotel.

Day 4: Dades gorges – Todra gorges – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi dunes

We will leave Boumalne which opens up a road among the banks of the Dadés strewn with Kasbahs and ksours which gives the landscape a red and mallow ochered colour. Is surrounded by stony plateaus where camels graze. At 1350 metres of altitude and partly surrounded by palm groves, we will visit Dadés Gorge, whose walls elevate, get narrower and more and more abrupt until reaching 300 meters. We will continue towards Tinejdad to get to Ksar of Touroug which is enclosed by a lovely oasis. Shortly after, we will penetrate the palm grove of Jorf which goes on until arriving at Erfoud, town which gathers the best dates of the country. Eventually we will arrive at the desert with its voluptuous dunes, fine gold coloured sands and arrive at the dunes of Merzouga where we will spend the night in a Haimas in the middle of the desert.

Day 5: Erg Chebbi dunes – Desert of Ouzina

We will go towards the town of Rissani in the palm grove of Tafilalet that goes on until the river Ziz and Ghris which gathers the best dates of the country. We will visit the souks, the famous donkey parking lot and the ksours of the Alauit dynasty. Then we will head for Ouzina following the Dakar Rally track that crosses the desert with its voluptuous dunes and fine gold coloured sands. Once we arrive at the dunes of Ouzina, we will overnight in a hotel in the desert.

Day 6: Desert of Ouzina

Today you will have a tranquil day to admire and take a walk to touch the sands of the pure desert of the dunes of Ouzina. You can also rent a quad with guide to go deeper into the dunes and to visit nomads. At dusk, you will mount on a dromedary to see the twilight from the great dune. Overnight in a hotel in the desert.

Day 7: Ouzina Paris Dakar track – Draa valley – Zagora

In this itinerary we will follow the second stage of the Dakar and cross the river, the hamadas and Berber towns that elevate through the desert landscape. Then, we will be arriving at the town of Tafraoute, lost in the heart of the desert. After Remlia, we will continue to the palm grove of Foum Jrane, which is a true jewel where precious villages are settled nest to the Oasis. We will pass through towns and nomads and go deeper into the Valley of Drâa, , where there is an immense serpentine path of greenness for about 250 km that penetrates the desert and that will lead us to Zagora. Night in hotel.

Day 8: Zagora – Agdz – Marrakech

From Zagora, we will go to Marrakech crossing the Valley of Drâa and Tamnougalte and discovering numerous villages and oases. After Agdz, the passage of Djebel Saghro, with its amazing dunes in a heart shape will assure us an impressive route. On our way we will lunch and continue our course towards Marrakech. Overnight in Marrakech in Riyadh.

Day 9: Marrakech – End of Itinerary

Departure from Marrakech and transfer to the airport.
