Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat

The four cities which have received throughout the centuries the name of Imperial Cities and are the capitals of Morocco are: Rabat, Meknés, Fez and Marrakech. Loaded with history and monuments, each one of them has their own and different character.
Collection at the airport of Casablanca. You’ll be visiting the mosque of Hassan II. You’ll set off towards the city of Rabat and visit its monuments: the Fortress of Oudaias, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Tower of Hassan.

Day 2: Rabat – Meknes – Fes

On the way towards Meknes, you will border the forest of Mamora. Arrival in Meknes, a city that reached its zenith thanks to the Sultan Mulay Ismail. The 27 km of Meknés are the ruins of the Roman city Volubilis, which will be visited and also the city Moulay (Holy) Idriss. Continuation towards Fez.

Day 3: Fes

You’ll have a whole day to discover the intellectual and consecrated city of the kingdom. There are many monuments you will be able to visit: Madrasahs (Koranic schools), Chahrij, Bouinania Attarin, Souks, Fez El-Jedid and the Karaouine Mosque (first university in the world).

Day 4: Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Desert

From Fez, you’ll go towards the Middle Atlas to visit Ifrane, also known as the “Switzerland of Africa”. The following town will be Azrou “The Rock”, a well-known town thanks to its crafts, carpets and wooden sculptures and afterwards you’ll arrive at Midelt. You will continue through the Tizi Talghemt or “Gorge of the Camel”, to 1907 meters of altitude. The relief is impressive, the mountains are completely naked and purple covered. You’ll arrive at Errachidia which is a must in the way to the bulk of Tafilalet until the palm grove of Erfoud. You will head towards the desert and spend the nigh in the berber Haimas’ camping.

Day 5: Erg Chebbi – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Ouarzazate

Departure taking the highway towards the palm grove of Rissani and Jorf situates on the right border of the Ued Ziz, than towards the Ksar de Touroug, surrounded by spectacular oases. Afterwards, you will go through Tinejdad before reaching Tinerhir. After eating, you will take a walk through the Todra Gorges. Next you will go to the precious Valley of Dades , visiting Boulmane Kelaa Me Gouna- Rose Valley – which achieves its greatest splendour during the month of May. You will arrive at Ouarzazate and will have the possibility of visiting the Taourirt Kasbah which was once the residence of the Pasha of Marrakech.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Telouet – Marrakech

You will go to Marrakech crossing the neck of the Tiz-in-Tichka (2260m), known as the “neck of the grass”. The slope goes by an alternative track and there exists the option of visiting the famous Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a castle which has been given the status of World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. Later on, you’ll continue the route towards the capital of the Pasha of Marrakech, visiting its palace situates in the Kasbah of Talouet. We will take a highway full of curves of the Tichkaque Port that offers a spectacular panorama with multitude of colours of the first level of the Haouz. Arrival at Marrakech.

Day 7: Exploring Marrakech

In the morning you will visit Marrakech, city which gave its name to Morocco. A part of the year goes by before the majestic Atlas’ summit is covered with snow. Its destiny is linked to the different dynasties that follow one another and its tradition of political, economical and cultural metropolis which has always dominated the history of the Maghreb. Marrakech is also the city of spectacle, where there are permanent celebrations that can be seen in the famous Djemaa el Fna square. This square has been for several centuries the most incredible popular theatre of the world: snake charmers, musicians, dancers, story tellers, fortune tellers, actors…In Marrakech there are numerous places to visit, for example, the Garden of the Agdal, the Saadian Tombs the El Badi Palace and the Bay. After this you will have time to enjoy dinner in a famous place and you will spend the night in the Riyadh.

Day 8: End of Itinerary

Departure from Marrakech and transfer to the airport.
