Day 1: Marrakech- Ait Benhaddou- Ouarzazate- Draa Valley :390 km
Desparture to Ouarazazate We will cross the High Atlas Mountains. After crossing Berber Atlas villages, we will enter into the territory of the Berbers of the desert. Visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO and famous as the setting for the Oscar-winning blockbusters as “Lawrence of Arabia”, “The Sheltering Sky” or “Babel”. Arrival in Ouarzazate ,also called the Hollywood of Morocco. Abandon Ouarzazate towards Agdz City, crossing the Tizi N’Tinifift pass-1660 meters-, a series of rugged mountains of black rock and gray, unusual beauty from which we can contemplate an incomparable panoramic of the Draa Valley and its stunning palm grove, the largest in Africa with over 150 km long, dotted with kasbahs, villages and orchards. Day 2: Draa Valley-Old track of Paris-Dakar rally -Desert Ouzina “198 KM track”
Departure from Draa Valley to Ouzina . We take the trail through sand rivers, villages lost in nothingness, nomads, dry lakes until Ouzina desert, magnificent place, accessible only by tracks, away from the usual tourist routes and where we spend the night and feel the desert pure. On arrival and after a welcome tea, contemplate a sunset you will never forget from the top of the dune. After dinner, we relax to the rhythm of drums with a small live performance of authentic Berber.Special night of New Year in the middle of the desert. NIght in charming riad
Day 3: Desert Ouzina -Ouzina village-Hamilia-Erg Chebbi, Merzouga, “78 KM track”
Today is another day of desert. After breakfast, we return down the road to Merzouga. We will stop along the way to visit the known as “village of the blacks”, inhabited by descendants of former slaves from sub-Saharan Africa, which will offer a sample of their culture while tasting a delicious tea. We arrive at our destination, free time and night in a desert hotel.
Day 4: Erg Chebbi, Rissani, Arfoud, Todra Gorges- Dades Valley :360 km
Sunrise over the sea of dunes. After breakfast return on camels to Merzouga and after a shower we will departure by 4×4 to Rissani, the desert door of Erg Chebbi, with a bustling Souk little frequented by tourists, where you can see nomads to source-reach. Striking a car park of donkeys near the market. Following, Tinghir “mountain city” in Tamazight language, another beautiful Berber village where we will enjoy the contrast of their palms and roses homes. The landscape changes now, we are in Todra gorges formed by walls over 200m and after visit, we drive to the Dades Valley, Berber village known for its towering gorges and views of the Atlas. Day 5: Dades Valley-Skoura Valley- Ouarzazate – Marrakech : 200KM
We will cross diferents Valleys such as Roses Valley and Skoura palms to Ouarzazate, where we will take the road through the Tichka pass that will lead us back to the red city of Marrakech…End of our services.
